About Mr Ho Een Joe
Our Founder & CEO, Mr Ho Een Joe is an entrepreneur who turned challenges into opportunities, paving the way for digital transformation in business. Before founding ITAI Technology, he operated several small businesses but was forced to adapt when the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 reshaped the global economy. Facing unprecedented difficulties, he embraced the digital world—learning to optimize online marketing through Google & Meta Ads, social media, and commercial website development to sustain and grow his businesses.
Through this journey, he realized the immense potential of digital solutions in business growth. With a passion for innovation, he founded ITAI Technology to help Malaysian businesses transition into the digital space, ensuring they remain competitive in an evolving market. Expanding beyond digital marketing, he ventured into the IT sector, developing solutions that address real-world business challenges.
